If you're not happy with your purchase, we'll accept returns on most items within 30 days. Please note that some items are final sale and cannot be returned. This includes custom or special request items, assembled or partially assembled furniture, mattresses, opened bedding materials, and items without original packaging. In the event of a exchange request from your customer, contact our Customer Support team via email at customerservice@platinum-level.com and include the evidence if required.
After we have approved the exchange, the product must be returned to one of our warehouse that we will provide you with the address. You must return the product and provide a tracking number. Once the tracking number has been provided (or once we have received the returned product), a replacement product will be shipped or a refund minus the shipping cost will be credited back to the card or original method of payment on file. In order for us to ship a replacement product, we require a tracking number for the item that's being returned.

We're committed to providing our customers with high-quality products. In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may need photographs of the damage or defect in order to process your request. Once we have reviewed your request, we will let you know what to do with the damaged item. In some cases, our carrier may need to collect the item for inspection. Thank you for your understanding as we work to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
Please note that if one or more items you've purchased require freight shipping, delivery may take slightly longer. This is because freight carriers handle packages that are too large, heavy, or fragile to ship with small package carriers like FedEx. Most freight carriers deliver during business hours Monday through Friday. However, please be aware that customers living in remote areas may have restricted delivery dates or hours.
In most cases, someone will need to be present to accept and sign for the shipment at delivery.
If signature is required, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment once your order arrives at the freight depot in your area. If signature is not required, the item will be delivered to the first dry area or front door of the residence or business when it is safe to do so. This type of delivery does not include a delivery appointment, similar to ground shipping.
If you receive your order and notice any damages or shortages, please let us know right away and we'll be happy to help. If the shipment is severely damaged, we recommend refusing delivery and notifying us as soon as possible. Photographs of the damage will help us resolve the issue more quickly. Please note that it is important for the person who placed the order to inspect the product upon delivery and sign the delivery document.
If you received your item and it doesn't match the exact color of what was ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may be able to provide replacements at no charge.
Please note that there are some rare cases where shade variance may occur between the product image and the actual item. This can happen due to a number of factors, including but not limited to:

If you need to return an item because it's the wrong product, please include photos of both the product and its packaging (to show the product description / SKU). These pictures will help us immensely as we work with the manufacturer to resolve your request quickly. If you haven't unpacked the item yet, and the labeling on the outside of the box clearly shows that it's the wrong item / color option, you can just send a photo of the shipping carton; you don't need to unpack the product in these cases. Easy to put together. I'm a dental hygienist who has been using a saddle chair for 3 years in one office 4 days a week. I am buying a second chair for another office I will be working in part time. The seat/saddle is smaller than my last one and this has a softer cushion. The question is how long will this one last?. We'll see....
I bought this stool almost 2 years ago and really like it except that after several months of use, the soft vinyl leather started pulling and tearing. This has progressively worsened over time despite trying to use duct tape to prevent further tearing and the seat is now very torn up and looks terrible. An upholstery shop just quoted me $150 + the cost of whatever material I choose to recover this petite stool, which is way more than it cost in the first place. ☹️
90 DAYS AFTER PURCHASED STOOL COLLAPSED WITH STAFF MEMBER IN IT. NEED A REFUND. DO NOT BUY. would rate 0 if I could. BUYER BEWARE!!! 90 days after out of purchase, out of refund time window, stool collapsed with a worker sitting in it. Pieces will not go back together. Defective item. Wrote seller for a refund but they have yet to respond. Do not buy unless you want to go through this hassle as well.

I love this chair. I use it as a sewing chair. However I'm on and off the chair frequently and have fallen a few times because the chair swirled when I got off and saddle was in the wrong spot when I tried to sit down. So as you can see I used a thick Sharpie to identify the back of the chair so that is less likely to happen. Now it works great for me!
I previously purchased another stool from this brand and loved it, so I decided to get this more compact saddle stool this time. The blue color is super versatile and doesn’t show dirt easily. The seat is very comfortable, and the craftsmanship is impressive, the upholstery fits snugly and smoothly over the cushion. It’s also lightweight, which makes it easy to carry around. My coworkers even borrow it to use in the office throughout the day. Overall, I’m just as satisfied as always!
Looks pretty nice, however it came with a tear in the seat. Other reviews mentioned this, but a recent one said that the issue had been resolved. It's small and on the underside, however it will be more likely to spread and doesn't bode well for the longevity of the upholstery. Very disappointed.

Glad I Checked with the Seller FirstI was a little unsure about ordering this stool at first because some reviews mentioned the seat tearing. To be safe, I contacted the seller before purchasing and was told that the seat material has been upgraded and that issue has since been resolved. That gave me confidence to go ahead—and I am glad I did.The stool feels very solid and well made. The seat is supportive and comfortable. The saddle design naturally encourages better posture and provides better weight distribution, which I think can be especially more comfortable for women. I actually feel less back tension after long hours at my desk.There was one issue where I was not able to adjust the hydraulic cylinder properly for my desired height because the hydraulic cylinder was defective. I contacted the seller right away and was told it was covered under their warranty. After a brief process, I received a new hydraulic cylinder within a few days. The replacement worked perfectly, and I appreciated how smoothly the whole process was handled.The metal base is sturdy, and the gas lift (the replacement one I received) works smoothly. Assembly was simple and everything fit perfectly. The packaging was secure, and everything arrived in great condition.Overall, I am very happy with this purchase.
Very easy assembly! The easiest one i have ever put together. Even with my arthritis i had no problems. No tools required, just push the wheels into the base, put the hydraulic pump stand in center of wheel base, and then pop on the set and your done!!!
Hydraulic lift works nice and smooth with ease adjusting up and down.
It rolls surprisingly well on my carpet floor!!! This part i was really impressed with!!! My whole house is carpeted even my kitchen, and this glides with such ease and even going from the different carpet types from room to room there’s no problem!!! Very very impressive.
Compact design is amazing and easily fits under my antique roll top desk unlike most other computer chairs.
I just started looking at this style because it says it is to help with posture and hip and back pain… as someone with chronic arthritis especially in my lower back I really needed a better option for my computer desk. I was instantly surprised how much a difference it made. I could feel tension relief in my back and hips right away! Im comfortable and able to sit and work on my photography for hours now.
As for design, i grew up with horses so i love the way it reminds me of a saddle and when I use to ride.
Little side note… don’t forget it has a “horn” when you go to sit down… forgetting this and just sitting down and not looking…not as comfortable sitting sideways. Lol
This is a great chair I have one at work that allows me to sit ergonomically for long periods of time. I got this one for my sewing table as it’s a way healthier way to sit!
I chose this one because of the aesthetically pleasing color and the cool kind of pop of white in the wheels.
I’m 5”7 and the height works for me. I don’t expect for my legs to be fully extended, my physical therapist recommended this chair for my height and how my legs should be angled.
It is very stable and easy to build, it also arrived quickly. Can’t stress how the stability is flawless,
Chair seat is actually great. Love it more than a regular seat and it definitely keeps your butt from going numb. The wheels, however, are very cheap which makes it hard to roll and it constantly gets stuck and wants to tip you over. We have oiled them and everything but they're still cheap and loud.
Would buy again. Easy to put together. Perfect height for work. Sturdy and rolls easily. Very comfortable with a great cushioned seat.
We actually ended up getting 2 of these chairs. One for the desk & one we use in our barn as well. Easy to put together and seems like good quality for the price.
As an avid "edge of your seat" kind of office worker, this wasn't a huge leap. It kinda reminds me of the bike seat of a cruiser, so I'm quite comfortable with it. Quick and simple to assemble. It fits right underneath my desk, I wish it went a little higher, but I'm not too broken up about it (I'm 5'3"). The way the seat is designed kind of forces your posture otherwise you feel off. I don't sit on it consistently throughout the day as I alternate between sitting and standing, so this chair is perfect if you have a standing desk too. It's compact, feels stable, and it's easy to adjust. I don't feel any tightness in my lower back like I used to so I consider this a win.
Adjustability, sturdiness, rolling
As a dental hygienist my lower back was becoming a problem. I bought this chair and it made a difference. I'm less sore from my lower back. It took me a month to get used to this chair, but it was worth it.
I first bought one of these chairs and was disappointed. The instructions weren't clear and a piece was damaged in putting it together. The company made good on their product and sent me whatever I needed free of charge in order to get an entire chair. Now I love it and have had it for about 6-8 months. Comfortable and I feel it's better for my posture as I massage.
I bought this for my daughter who weights about 110lbs. She used it for several months until the leg where the wheel post attaches broke and it was not repairable. It looks like it has a metal base, but it is actually cheap plastic. I will not purchase again.
This is the best chair I've ever had by far! I spend a lot of my time in the salon sitting doing facials, eyelash extensions, and permanent cosmetics! This chair saves my back and my posture! My chiropractor is so happy I have this chair to sit in for the majority of my day! (The leather dose stain so I do wish they had it in black) other than the color I'm in love!
Using them for my office! These stools really force you to sit upright and engage your core. I use Caviwipes to clean them and have not noticed any breakdown in the seat material. I ordered 2 to try, but will need to order more. The wheels did not slide as well as I would have liked(on carpet) but for the amazing price of the stool, I was able to order different casters
Great chair for people with lower back pain. It makes your posture better and when using it you make small adjustments, which helps too. Static posture is one of the problems with modern life, and this chair helps with that.
