Shipping policy

Free shipping in the contiguous US. Every order ships free to the 48 contiguous states. We don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses or outside the US.

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Your tracking number is emailed when the order ships.

Delivery time. Most orders arrive in 2-7 business days. Large or bulk orders, such as multi-packs, ship by freight (LTL) and may take 5-10 business days. The carrier will call to schedule delivery.

Multiple boxes. Orders with more than one item may ship from different warehouses and arrive on different days.

Carriers. FedEx, UPS, USPS and regional LTL freight carriers.

Delays. Weather, carrier backlogs and peak seasons can add time. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, contact customerservice@platinum-level.com or call 1-888-786-0102.

Expedited shipping. Contact us before ordering for a quote.

Assembly. Most chairs ship partially assembled with tools and instructions included. Assembly typically takes 10-20 minutes.
