Every order ships free to the 48 contiguous United States. Orders are processed in 1-2 business days and most arrive in 2-7 business days. Multi-packs and large orders ship by freight (5-10 business days) and the carrier will call to schedule delivery.
Returns
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. We email a prepaid return label, and there is no restocking fee. Items must be unused, in sellable condition and include all parts and hardware.

Inspect your order when it arrives and report any shipping damage or missing parts within 7 days, with photos of the box and item. We will send replacement parts, a replacement chair or a full refund at no cost to you.
