Horrible uncomfortable. Put the chair together and it looks nice made but the seat cushion is much wider than expected and for my smaller frame body, I'm 5'1... it hurts my inner thigh and the cushion is horrible, barely any cushion, it's hard.
Easy assemble, but wheels are very low quality. They get stuck easily and don’t turn when you need them to. Easy to tip over. On laminate floors they just squid around. No grip at all.
I purchased this chair for my lash extensions room. Horrible mistake. My sit bones and thighs were bruised and so sore. Waste of money.

I needed this stool for hair cutting. It does not go high enough like many other hair cutting stools and has a super small seat. I’m trying to return this product but the seller wants me to pay for the shipping which is $80 with fedex.
After a day of lashing my inner thighs were in so mush pain my Pelvic area hurt just in all very uncomfortable for a plus size girl
I wish I would have gotten a flat stool instead of the saddle seat. This is the first time trying the saddle seat. It could use more padding. I use it for facials and doing lashes. Back to back clients is not comfortable:(
This stool took a while to get used to because it was so hard, I bought in March and now in June the hydraulics completely broke. I’m not a heavy person either. Pick a different saddle stool

No me gustó, pues el asiento es muy angosto e incómodo, no tiene buena elevación, queda muy bajo, las ruedas se atoran no tienen buen deslizamiento, lo comparo con otro que tengo de otra tienda que es mucho mejor. Y el costo es igual. Definitivamente no me gusta. No lo recomiendo.El bueno es el gris, el café es el malo.
More Chinese Junk! Getting the seat on the post is NOT working. Instructions are only OK. can not get seat on stem. Does NOT fit! I am so tried of crap that is assembly rubbish with poor instructions and parts that do not really function. No way to get it up and down... seat does not stay on. what a waste of time, money and effort. Sad, because we needed something like this. CRAP. do not buy.
I was not able to get this stool put together until just today when someone did it for me. First, the seat does not go up to 24 inches. which I needed. 21 inches but even lower when I'm sitting on it. The casters are stiff and cheap making the stool hard to roll even if I'm not on it. It takes a serious shove to move while seated. The saddle seems okay and it looks good. I don't need something decorative, though, and will probably need to fork out money for another one. Lesson learned - if I can't get an item put together right away, don't buy it!
Easy to assemble. Very uncomfortable, I ride horses and I ride a bike every day so my butt is used to sitting in this position and on hard surfaces. My seat went numb after 15 minutes sitting on this stool. I took a piece of sheepskin, doubled it over the stool and now it's okay. The padding is not thick enough or the wrong type, I don't understand why it's so uncomfortable. The idea is good, but it needs better construction to be functional.
This chair is easy to assemble and comfy but it doesn’t reach the height needed as a stylist to do anything other than maybe perform a haircut on medium or long hair.

Sturdy construction. The casters roll with perfection. The seat itself is comfortable. I would like more padding. I sit at work all day & hoped this saddle chair would relief tailbone pain. Well thats not working for me. Using at my sewing station.

It said it was leather and is not. The fabric is peeling off wear you sit. Disappointed with that. Otherwise it is comfortable
Wheels are quite loud and have a tendency to get stuck/ not spin when the floor is perfectly even.
Good seat, but it was too short to use in a doctor's exam room. The height is calculated from the bottom to the tip of the saddle, not where someone would sit.
It's just ok. Works are promised. but it isn't quite cushy enough so I can only use it for so long.
The seat is a bit too firm. I can only sit for a little while before getting uncomfortable. Recommend more padding in the seat
This was not as comfortable as I thought it would be. My butt bones just don’t sit right on it. However I have employees that absolutely love it and chose it over the regular stool.
I bought this because I saw something where it said this could help with hip pain. It didn't. I am not blaming the chair, some people might be just fine with it. It's my damn hip. lol
I work in a spa and really need something smooth that doesn’t make noise when I roll around. It doesn’t make noise but I’m hoping with some use it gets a smoother roll going on.
I have had the chair for about 6 months.I use it as a clinical dental hygiene operator chair.Pros: Helps my posture.Allows me to sit up TALLER and see better into my patient's mouth.Cons: The height of the cylinder was very short. My solution was to buy a taller cylinder to help raise the chair.I have also had problems with the wheels not rolling smoothly. This can be taxing on your back and shoulder. Solution: I am now looking to purchase new wheels to help with movement.
I like the way the saddle is shaped, it makes me sit up straight. However sometimes I have to spend many hours in this chair and it is not padded enough. Sometimes I can barely get out of it because my tail bone hurts so badly. About to order a different one. I have had this about 5 months.
The chair looks nice and works fine (now). When it came, one of the wheels was broken. I asked for a replacemwnt wheel but the company just refunded my money and told me to do what I want with the chair. I went out and bought a replacement leg and essentially got the chair for the cost of the wheel. I dropped a star because I really just wanted a replacement wheel, or a chair that worked right in the first place; I guess technically good customer service though.
Good chair for the price. Contouring could be a bit better, and it isn't gentle on the groin region. It has, however, been durable and reliable.
