The high backrest and deep seat cushion are cut thick, at over 7 inches at the seat and nearly 6 inches at the back, so support is felt rather than assumed.
Three fixed recline angles, 105, 120, and 135 degrees, work with an extendable footrest to move the chair from upright focus to a genuine resting position, while a steel-tube frame and class-tree gas lift keep the structure rated to 265 pounds. It suits a reading nook as easily as a home office desk.
