Every order ships free to the 48 contiguous United States. Orders are processed in 1-2 business days and most arrive in 2-7 business days. Multi-packs and large orders ship by freight (5-10 business days) and the carrier will call to schedule delivery.
Returns
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. We email a prepaid return label, and there is no restocking fee. Items must be unused, in sellable condition and include all parts and hardware.
Protection
Inspect your order when it arrives and report any shipping damage or missing parts within 7 days, with photos of the box and item. We will send replacement parts, a replacement chair or a full refund at no cost to you.

My lazboy Elbridge finally broke after 10 years of hard use so I bought this thing in a panic and it's absolutely terrible. First the recline only has one position which is way to far forward you will literally be sliding out of the chair and if you unlock the tilt it's so far back your feet won't touch the ground let alone be able to reach a keyboard. Next the arm rests are to short. I managed to make it a tiny bit better by adding longer bolts and 1 inch shims to give it a more level seating position but it's still not great I will buy even longer bolts and probably space it 2-3 inches just to make it comfortable to sit in.
Ok it might be jumping the gun but... I just got done putting this chair together and am totally loving it. I will say though I got a set of the better rubber wheels because I can't stand the low plastic that always comes with every chair. so it rolls way better. But chair wise I love how you can set the tension on how easy or hard it will be to lean back. I have a VERY bad back, and I set it so I don't have to fight to lean back and love that I can do that. I was reading that some were having issues but I'm loving it. I love the padding, the leaning, how high and low it goes. I'm super happy that I decided on this one. So, in my case YES, I would highly recommend this chair.

Feels fine at the beginning but the seat cushions deflate and become less comfortable within a month. Also after barely two months the chair fell apart and is not able to be put back together. The screws that it came with are not properly made and will not hold. Please save your money and go for a different option
I just got this chair, So I don't know how long it will last yet. But it looks like it's made good. The fabric is very nice, The cushions are very thick and comfortable. But the hight isn't 18 to 21.6 inches. The lowest this chair goes is to 20.5 and up to 22.5 inches high.I'm 6'2" and my feet just touch the floor.So it a very high chair, When they say Tall..They mean taller then 6'2"Plus the set cushion leans forward when you sit in it ,and it doesn't lean back much.When I lean back in the chair, my feet do not touch the floor..
