Depending on the designation as well as a number of other factors such as: holiday season, weather conditions, natural disasters, and others it could possibly take longer for you to receive your order. We do provide international shipping. Please contact us and provide us with your complete information to get shipping rates, designations, and delivery times, and etc. prior to placing your order. Custom duties, tares, and other international import charges are the responsibility of the consumer outside of the United States.

If you're not happy with your purchase, we'll accept returns on most items within 30 days. Please note that some items are final sale and cannot be returned. This includes custom or special request items, assembled or partially assembled furniture, mattresses, opened bedding materials, and items without original packaging. Additionally, a restocking fee will be applied to most returned items and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Thanks for shopping with us!

In the event of a exchange request from your customer, contact our Customer Support team via email at customerservice@platinum-level.com and include the evidence if required.
After we have approved the exchange, the product must be returned to one of our warehouse that we will provide you with the address. You must return the product and provide a tracking number. Once the tracking number has been provided (or once we have received the returned product), a replacement product will be shipped or a refund minus the shipping cost will be credited back to the card or original method of payment on file. In order for us to ship a replacement product, we require a tracking number for the item that's being returned.

We're committed to providing our customers with high-quality products. In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may need photographs of the damage or defect in order to process your request. Once we have reviewed your request, we will let you know what to do with the damaged item. In some cases, our carrier may need to collect the item for inspection. Thank you for your understanding as we work to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
Please note that if one or more items you've purchased require freight shipping, delivery may take slightly longer. This is because freight carriers handle packages that are too large, heavy, or fragile to ship with small package carriers like FedEx. Most freight carriers deliver during business hours Monday through Friday. However, please be aware that customers living in remote areas may have restricted delivery dates or hours.
In most cases, someone will need to be present to accept and sign for the shipment at delivery.
If signature is required, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment once your order arrives at the freight depot in your area. If signature is not required, the item will be delivered to the first dry area or front door of the residence or business when it is safe to do so. This type of delivery does not include a delivery appointment, similar to ground shipping.
If you receive your order and notice any damages or shortages, please let us know right away and we'll be happy to help. If the shipment is severely damaged, we recommend refusing delivery and notifying us as soon as possible. Photographs of the damage will help us resolve the issue more quickly. Please note that it is important for the person who placed the order to inspect the product upon delivery and sign the delivery document.
If you received your item and it doesn't match the exact color of what was ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may be able to provide replacements at no charge.
Please note that there are some rare cases where shade variance may occur between the product image and the actual item. This can happen due to a number of factors, including but not limited to:
• Computer monitors settings (e.g., luminance, brightness, contrast, and various other personal settings)
• The product photographs are taken under bright lights in order to be as detailed as possible, so there may be some shade variance when the items are placed in a room with dimmer lighting. Thanks for your understanding.
If you need to return an item because it's the wrong product, please include photos of both the product and its packaging (to show the product description / SKU). These pictures will help us immensely as we work with the manufacturer to resolve your request quickly. If you haven't unpacked the item yet, and the labeling on the outside of the box clearly shows that it's the wrong item / color option, you can just send a photo of the shipping carton; you don't need to unpack the product in these cases. Exactly as the product description. Very sturdy and took under 30 minutes to put together. Chair is comfy and provides adequate back support. It can be low to the ground, or extend to fit a higher desk. It is also wide enough to sit comfortably, but not wide enough to be able to sit criss cross. The chair is a swivel, but does not make noise when rolling or moving. Shipping was quick and box came very cleanly packaged and undamaged. Worth the price! I would buy again, no question. In the photo, I have the Walmart Mainstays Quick Assembly small desk for size/height reference.
Beautiful, sturdy chair. It was easy to put together and reasonably priced! I thought it would be more pink there is definitely a purple hue to it but it works perfectly In the space we are using it in so I am good with the color!
This chair is perfect for a small desk. The color is not as pink as pictured, and is more of a muted grayish lilac. The fabric is a beautiful tweed, and looks fantastic in this color. It rolls smoothly and easily goes up and down. The seat is firm yet comfortable. The instructions were very easy to follow, and the hex wrench provided is very nice and has a handle making it easy to use. The only downside is one of the seat bolt holes didn’t line up with the bracket, but it still feels sturdy without that one bolt and the price was so good that we are not going to try to exchange it. All in all, this is the perfect desk chair for my daughter’s room.
As good as we hoped, better than expected. We have a couch with this color on it and needed more sitting space without adding another couch. So even though these are not being used for office chairs they are perfect for our needs. These chairs are an ideal option that can be tucked away then rolled out when we have extra guests. They sit low yet aren't awkward for it. They take a small amount of floor space and are comfortable. Assembly is extremely easy and pretty quick, too. Well packaged, everything arrived in perfect condition. No missing pieces and no odor. The lower and raise function works fine. Chairs are shown in lower position.
These would work well for a toddler all the way up to an average sized adult. Versatile, useful, and sturdy. They also look so nice. The color is correct (gold), too. We were not sure about buying these online, but we are very happy with them and glad we took that chance. The bases are very shiny.
This was purchased for a 13 year old for Christmas. Seems to be well made and comfy. Was extremely easy to put together as well. The color is so pretty and perfect for a teen's room. It's not too big, not too small.
this chair is awesome. it is a nice dark blue color, very cute, sturdy, and isn't big or clunky. it has plenty of support, is firm but still comfortable, and rolls well. love it. the adjustable height is great too.
This is a great office chair. It was easy to assemble and is very comfortable. The chair is soft, but offers enough firmness and back support. The seat is a bit larger than standard office chairs, which is very nice. It is easy to adjust the seat up and down and the wheels glide nicely. The material also seems like it will be easy to clean. This chair was a great value for the money.
