If you're not happy with your purchase, we'll accept returns on most items within 30 days. Please note that some items are final sale and cannot be returned. This includes custom or special request items, assembled or partially assembled furniture, mattresses, opened bedding materials, and items without original packaging. In the event of a exchange request from your customer, contact our Customer Support team via email at customerservice@platinum-level.com and include the evidence if required.
After we have approved the exchange, the product must be returned to one of our warehouse that we will provide you with the address. You must return the product and provide a tracking number. Once the tracking number has been provided (or once we have received the returned product), a replacement product will be shipped or a refund minus the shipping cost will be credited back to the card or original method of payment on file. In order for us to ship a replacement product, we require a tracking number for the item that's being returned.

We're committed to providing our customers with high-quality products. In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may need photographs of the damage or defect in order to process your request. Once we have reviewed your request, we will let you know what to do with the damaged item. In some cases, our carrier may need to collect the item for inspection. Thank you for your understanding as we work to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
Please note that if one or more items you've purchased require freight shipping, delivery may take slightly longer. This is because freight carriers handle packages that are too large, heavy, or fragile to ship with small package carriers like FedEx. Most freight carriers deliver during business hours Monday through Friday. However, please be aware that customers living in remote areas may have restricted delivery dates or hours.
In most cases, someone will need to be present to accept and sign for the shipment at delivery.
If signature is required, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment once your order arrives at the freight depot in your area. If signature is not required, the item will be delivered to the first dry area or front door of the residence or business when it is safe to do so. This type of delivery does not include a delivery appointment, similar to ground shipping.
If you receive your order and notice any damages or shortages, please let us know right away and we'll be happy to help. If the shipment is severely damaged, we recommend refusing delivery and notifying us as soon as possible. Photographs of the damage will help us resolve the issue more quickly. Please note that it is important for the person who placed the order to inspect the product upon delivery and sign the delivery document.
If you received your item and it doesn't match the exact color of what was ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may be able to provide replacements at no charge.
Please note that there are some rare cases where shade variance may occur between the product image and the actual item. This can happen due to a number of factors, including but not limited to:
• Computer monitors settings (e.g., luminance, brightness, contrast, and various other personal settings)
• The product photographs are taken under bright lights in order to be as detailed as possible, so there may be some shade variance when the items are placed in a room with dimmer lighting. Thanks for your understanding.
If you need to return an item because it's the wrong product, please include photos of both the product and its packaging (to show the product description / SKU). These pictures will help us immensely as we work with the manufacturer to resolve your request quickly. If you haven't unpacked the item yet, and the labeling on the outside of the box clearly shows that it's the wrong item / color option, you can just send a photo of the shipping carton; you don't need to unpack the product in these cases. I bought two chairs one black and one white, they were both very easy to assemble, took about two minutes.They’re not that comfy but I didn’t really expect them to be. It would be a problem if I were sitting in them all day but I use them for about two hours max, white: hair and makeup, black: for my nails.On the white stool the “leather” has been discolored where I sit, it’s displeasing to look at but personally I don’t care because it gets pushed under my vanity after use.

Terrible quality backrest. No back support. On the 2nd day of normal use at work, the back support broke off, and an employee fell backwards and injured themselves. Note that this was not a failure of the screwing mechanism, but rather, THE METAL BAR ITSELF bent and tore.It works well as a normal bench.

Also ich habe zwar gelesen, dass der Rollhocker nicht so stabil sein soll, aber dass es SO schlimm ist, dachte ich nicht.Beim Anbringen sind die Rollen bereits immer wieder rausgefallen - da dachte ich noch, dass sie viellricht halten, wenn ich draufsitze.Der Aufbau war relativ einfach.Aber gleich beim ersten Draufsetzen und wieder-Aufstehen, sind 2 Rollen rausgefallen. Ich habs nicht gleich bemerkt... und mich wieder hingesetzt und bin gestürtzt und hätte mir beinahe den Kopf auf der Tischkante aufgeschlagen. Zum Glück hab ich mich noch rechzeitig wegdrehen können. Das Ding ist lebensgefährlich.Außerdem ist der ganze Sessel komplett ölig inklusive Sitzauflage. Ich bekomme die Flecken auch nicht weg. Sieht nicht schön aus.Dann wollte ich ihn eigentlich zurückschicken, aber das Ding lässt sich einfach nicht mehr auseinander bauen, und einen so großen Karton, um ihn teil-aufgebaut zurückzuschicken, habe ich im moment nicht. Ich weiß jzt nicht, was ich mit dem Mörder-Sessel machen soll...Ich bin eigentlich nicht schwach, aber ich schaffs nicht alleine, und habe niemanden, den ich um Hilfe bitten könnte in meiner Nähe.Wenn ihr den Rollhocker dennoch ausprobieren wollt, dann würde ich raten zuerst zu testen ob die Rollen abfallen, bevor ihr ihn ganz zusammen baut. Sonst kriegt ihr das Ding nicht mehr zerlegt, wenn ihr ihn zurückschicken wollt.Würde aber generell vom Kauf abraten.Ansonsten:Unbequem ist er nicht, aber zurücklehnen geht der der mini-Lehne nicht. Eigentlich wäre mir da lieber, gar keine Lehne zu haben.

Ordered two of these stools, the overall size was perfect for small office area.Within a week of being in use one of the chair legs snapped off at the solder joint pulling the support bolt out from the leg. Unrepairable. Luckily no one was injured, the other stool has been removed from service. Missed the deadline for a return. The metal quality is very poor so the scrap yard won't even take it.
The seat is hard and back support isn’t worth it very short! Not worth it.
This chair is not worth it I ended up having to alter the back because the screws were too short and the chair it’s self is very uncomfortable it’s like sitting on a block of wood if your reading this just spend the extra ten bucks and get something worth your money.

Unfortunately the metal, although wrapped with light wrapping was scratched all around the base and some on the seat frame.The Chair feels a little precarious to sit on.One plus .. easy to set up. Just hoping it lasts out, otherwise it would have worked out cheaper buying a more expensive one.

The chair is really small made more so for teen children (8-14) not for adults and not for long time use. The seat is very hard so make sure you get something to sit on top of.
