The frame pairs a nylon base with a class three gas lift, chosen for smooth, quiet height adjustment over years of daily cycling. Finished in a soft, versatile cream, the chair is built to sit comfortably in a home office or a shared workspace alike, holding its shape and tension well past the first year of everyday use.
Vacuum the mesh with a soft brush attachment to remove dust. Spot clean with a mild soap and water solution and a soft cloth, then air dry away from direct heat. Wipe the base and frame with a dry cloth and check gas lift and recline hardware periodically for tightness.

Every order ships free to the 48 contiguous United States. Orders are processed in 1-2 business days and most arrive in 2-7 business days. Multi-packs and large orders ship by freight (5-10 business days) and the carrier will call to schedule delivery.
Returns
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. We email a prepaid return label, and there is no restocking fee. Items must be unused, in sellable condition and include all parts and hardware.
