Scaled generously for larger frames, this big and tall office chair is built around a reinforced steel base rated to 450 lbs, wrapped in a soft, linen feel gray velveteen that reads as considerably more refined than typical big and tall seating. Thick doll cotton and foam padding, 7.5 inches deep at the seat and 8.7 inches at the back, cushion the body through long stretches at a desk.
A Class 3 gas lift adjusts the seat between 20.9 and 24 inches, and a gentle tilt function allows a genuine rocking recline when the workday calls for a pause. Smooth PU casters roll evenly across hardwood, tile, and carpet, making it as easy to live with as it is comfortable to sit in.
Vacuum the velveteen upholstery regularly and spot clean with a mild detergent and soft cloth, then allow to air dry fully. Keep away from direct sunlight and prolonged heat exposure.

Returns
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. We email a prepaid return label, and there is no restocking fee. Items must be unused, in sellable condition and include all parts and hardware.
