If you're not happy with your purchase, we'll accept returns on most items within 30 days. Please note that some items are final sale and cannot be returned. This includes custom or special request items, assembled or partially assembled furniture, mattresses, opened bedding materials, and items without original packaging. Additionally, a restocking fee will be applied to most returned items and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Thanks for shopping with us!

In the event of a exchange request from your customer, contact our Customer Support team via email at customerservice@platinum-level.com and include the evidence if required.
After we have approved the exchange, the product must be returned to one of our warehouse that we will provide you with the address. You must return the product and provide a tracking number. Once the tracking number has been provided (or once we have received the returned product), a replacement product will be shipped or a refund minus the shipping cost will be credited back to the card or original method of payment on file. In order for us to ship a replacement product, we require a tracking number for the item that's being returned.

We're committed to providing our customers with high-quality products. In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may need photographs of the damage or defect in order to process your request. Once we have reviewed your request, we will let you know what to do with the damaged item. In some cases, our carrier may need to collect the item for inspection. Thank you for your understanding as we work to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
Please note that if one or more items you've purchased require freight shipping, delivery may take slightly longer. This is because freight carriers handle packages that are too large, heavy, or fragile to ship with small package carriers like FedEx. Most freight carriers deliver during business hours Monday through Friday. However, please be aware that customers living in remote areas may have restricted delivery dates or hours.
In most cases, someone will need to be present to accept and sign for the shipment at delivery.
If signature is required, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment once your order arrives at the freight depot in your area. If signature is not required, the item will be delivered to the first dry area or front door of the residence or business when it is safe to do so. This type of delivery does not include a delivery appointment, similar to ground shipping.
If you receive your order and notice any damages or shortages, please let us know right away and we'll be happy to help. If the shipment is severely damaged, we recommend refusing delivery and notifying us as soon as possible. Photographs of the damage will help us resolve the issue more quickly. Please note that it is important for the person who placed the order to inspect the product upon delivery and sign the delivery document.
If you received your item and it doesn't match the exact color of what was ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may be able to provide replacements at no charge.
Please note that there are some rare cases where shade variance may occur between the product image and the actual item. This can happen due to a number of factors, including but not limited to:
• Computer monitors settings (e.g., luminance, brightness, contrast, and various other personal settings)
• The product photographs are taken under bright lights in order to be as detailed as possible, so there may be some shade variance when the items are placed in a room with dimmer lighting. Thanks for your understanding.
If you need to return an item because it's the wrong product, please include photos of both the product and its packaging (to show the product description / SKU). These pictures will help us immensely as we work with the manufacturer to resolve your request quickly. If you haven't unpacked the item yet, and the labeling on the outside of the box clearly shows that it's the wrong item / color option, you can just send a photo of the shipping carton; you don't need to unpack the product in these cases. The chair arrived with one leg that did not have predrilled holes to attach it to the base frame. I wrote the manufacturer but they never responded. So now one leg always falls off
This chair is comfortable and works well for the most part, but I ran into a small issue. Two screws from the seat fell out, and I’m not sure how to get replacements. I didn’t install the backrest, but I still have it somewhere. I’d really appreciate if the seller or manufacturer could reply with the size or type of screws used underneath the seat—so I can order them myself if needed. I’ve attached photos to show exactly where they’re missing. Otherwise, it’s a solid stool, especially for the price.

I work in a workshop and it’s great for all day. It’s easy to assemble and lightweight. The only downside is that it tends to roll around a little too easy. I find myself having to keep it steady before sitting so I don’t fall off. Regardless, it was a good buy!

Needed a new chair for garage.Pros:It tall enough for my workbench which is 45” tall.Instructions were simple and assembly was easy.Cons:The base legs could be about 1”-2” longer.The base does not support the gas lift very well. The chair wobbles slightly.This will work for my garage. I’ll see about shimming the gas lift later. The cons were enough to knock off 3-stars.
Nice chair but I find the foot rest to be too high. I’m a taller guy so maybe for someone shorter that would be a good area to rest your feet. I would also recommend buying new wheels—these aren’t very durable and they don’t roll well across hardwood/laminate.
I love the quality, very sturdy and comfortable.
It's a bit tiny wobbly for me. I use it in a kitchen since I'm pregnant. I like how high I can make it, so that I can sit and continue my prep without being at an uncomfortable height. Back support is okay on it.
So far, the Superjare has been as expected. It was relatively easy to assemble but I had to give it 4 stars because one of the backrest screws wouldn't set properly because of a defective bore. I don't use the backrest much so it was easy enough to fix with super glue and should hold. I have some concerns that the seat and backrest material don't appear to be as strong as my old vinyl covered stool, but that will be determined with use. The one thing I am glad I did was exchange the casters that came with the stool with locking casters because this baby can really scoot on a wood or concrete floor and at times I just need to be in a stationary position. Still, overall this is a very good buy.

Chair works great so far. I wish there was a more secure way for the foot rest to attach. I was skeptical when I first put it on, but it seems to hold well. Also, the seat doesn’t attach at all. It just slides on the top. I figured that it would just pull right off, but instead it lifted the chair. It’s great so far, we will see how it holds up.
Good quality chair for the money. The 4" thick foam seat is very comfortable. Best ever on a drafting chair. The swivel bearing is extremely low friction. If you like getting dizzy, one push and you'll spin freely around a dozen times. I use it in the kitchen mostly because of mobility issues. Does just what I need.

The product is well made, but feels unstable. The seat is round, small and has a smooth covering adding to the feeling of being tippy. Ergonomically it isn’t well designed and the back is useless.
I’m sure this review sounds fake by the title because who remarks about the company in a review right? Well we will get there but first… hairstylists! You need this stool. It’s on wheels, it’s got a supportive back, and most importantly it goes up high enough that you can foil the top of the head sitting down! Already a 10/10. But then after 2 years the wheels had picked up so much hair from the ground that they weren’t working and falling apart. This is my own fault/problem and expected to buy new ones with my own money. I reached out to the company about the problem hoping they could point me in the right direction of some replacements. Not only did they include a link in Amazon where I could buy them in the future for a reasonable price but they sent some replacements to me for free. Please buy this stool, your back and wallet will thank you!
Great chair for my home office
I needed a higher stool for my workbench in my garage and this one is perfect for me. The one thing I really like about the design is the all metal base that holds the wheels. So many chairs of this design use plastic pieces that allow the piston to "creep towards the floor" over time but not this one! I in fact decided to use a different chair top that I had from an old office chair and it fit perfectly! Very happy with the product and would recommend!
I bought one of these stools a few years ago and loved it!I wanted another so bought one thinking I'd get the same again.NOT!They have cut corners and made it cheaper.The back cushion no longer swivels and is mounted solid and leaning forward like it's trying to push you off the seat.The L shaped tube it's mounted to is bent too much and it too tries to push you off the seat.
