If you're not happy with your purchase, we'll accept returns on most items within 30 days. Please note that some items are final sale and cannot be returned. This includes custom or special request items, assembled or partially assembled furniture, mattresses, opened bedding materials, and items without original packaging. In the event of a exchange request from your customer, contact our Customer Support team via email at customerservice@platinum-level.com and include the evidence if required.
After we have approved the exchange, the product must be returned to one of our warehouse that we will provide you with the address. You must return the product and provide a tracking number. Once the tracking number has been provided (or once we have received the returned product), a replacement product will be shipped or a refund minus the shipping cost will be credited back to the card or original method of payment on file. In order for us to ship a replacement product, we require a tracking number for the item that's being returned.

We're committed to providing our customers with high-quality products. In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may need photographs of the damage or defect in order to process your request. Once we have reviewed your request, we will let you know what to do with the damaged item. In some cases, our carrier may need to collect the item for inspection. Thank you for your understanding as we work to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
Please note that if one or more items you've purchased require freight shipping, delivery may take slightly longer. This is because freight carriers handle packages that are too large, heavy, or fragile to ship with small package carriers like FedEx. Most freight carriers deliver during business hours Monday through Friday. However, please be aware that customers living in remote areas may have restricted delivery dates or hours.
In most cases, someone will need to be present to accept and sign for the shipment at delivery.
If signature is required, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment once your order arrives at the freight depot in your area. If signature is not required, the item will be delivered to the first dry area or front door of the residence or business when it is safe to do so. This type of delivery does not include a delivery appointment, similar to ground shipping.
If you receive your order and notice any damages or shortages, please let us know right away and we'll be happy to help. If the shipment is severely damaged, we recommend refusing delivery and notifying us as soon as possible. Photographs of the damage will help us resolve the issue more quickly. Please note that it is important for the person who placed the order to inspect the product upon delivery and sign the delivery document.
If you received your item and it doesn't match the exact color of what was ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may be able to provide replacements at no charge.
Please note that there are some rare cases where shade variance may occur between the product image and the actual item. This can happen due to a number of factors, including but not limited to:
• Computer monitors settings (e.g., luminance, brightness, contrast, and various other personal settings)
• The product photographs are taken under bright lights in order to be as detailed as possible, so there may be some shade variance when the items are placed in a room with dimmer lighting. Thanks for your understanding.
If you need to return an item because it's the wrong product, please include photos of both the product and its packaging (to show the product description / SKU). These pictures will help us immensely as we work with the manufacturer to resolve your request quickly. If you haven't unpacked the item yet, and the labeling on the outside of the box clearly shows that it's the wrong item / color option, you can just send a photo of the shipping carton; you don't need to unpack the product in these cases. This office chair looks sharp with its quilted design and white stitching. Comfortable for daily use, adjustable arms and height work well. Padding could be plusher for longer sits, but overall solid chair. I actually use the flip up arms more than I thought I would. The price is great for the quality you receive. You do need to assemble it yourself, but it goes together quite easily. I'm a big boy and this chair feels like it has some stability to it.
What a great, esthetically pleasing chair for the price! It looks so much nicer that the typical black office chair and it is very comfortable. As a very short person, the adjustable height works great. The arms move up so people like me that like to sit indian style sometimes, can sit quite comfortably that way. It has great back support as well. The chair was quite easy to assemble with clear instructions to follow. Would definitely recommend!
Chair would be great if the budge for a head rest wasn’t so uncomfortable. It is literally between my shoulder blades and is terrible. 6’ male. If I was 5’5” I think it would be great! Bulge of a pillow in the upper back for an average American dude. Not an all day work chair.. disappointed as it looks nice and is comfortable otherwise
I found this chair to be very well made with quality materials. It was a nice upgrade in comfort from my previous more expensive office chair.
The recline feature doesn't seem to be working properly however I think it may be due to something I did wrong in putting it together. It hasn't really been an issue since I'm quite comfortable in the position it is in.

I purchased this home/office desk chair in the available "coffee" color, about 2 months ago and love it. After comparing with other desk chairs, I chose this one for the lumbar support, since I spend a lot of hours working from home. So far, this chair has not disappointed. The things I like most are: high backrest, which supports your back and neck to prevent strain, the softness of the PU leather, and the firmness of the seat cushion. This chair if very sturdy and well made and also allows you to adjust the seat height to your comfort level. The backrest is also adjustable as well. The stitching on this chair not only looks great, but was sewn with high quality material. I would highly recommend!

My husband loves his desk chair it’s very comfortable and great quality.
The chair looks very nice, seems to be good quality and was easy to put together. However, the seat, even though it is cushioned, is stiff and not comfortable. Since my husband and I only use it for short periods while on the computer, it will be sufficient for us. However, I would not recommend it for anyone who will need to sit in it for several hours at a time.
I wanted a high back chair to rest my head on & it does the job.
Edit: The company reached out and sent me a replacement chair. I would've been happy with a new arm, but I appreciate them actually sending me a new seat. A+ customer service.
I weight 320lb. Chair randomly broke about three months later. One of the armrest parts just completely failed and there's no easy way to repair it. If I could use duct tape to extend its life, I would.
Not a bad item. Just kinda expensive. Not very soft or comfortable
This chair is advertised as "Big and Tall." Perhaps it is in the country where it is manufactured, but it is certainly not true in the USA. I'm not particularly big or tall--pretty much average for my age. That said, I prefer an office desk chair with arms spread widely apart and an extra roomy cushioned seat. This chair has neither.
The advertised dimensions are misleading at best. The inside distance between the cushioned armrests is 20.5" and the seat width maxes out at around 22". That's fine for me, so I'm keeping the chair, but my previous "Big and Tall" leather chair, which was worn out even before one caster recently broke off, had roughly 23" between the armrests and 25" of seat width. That's roughly what I was expecting, given the advertised dimensions of 25"D x 29"W x 50"H. Those turn out to be the outside measurements. You'll notice that the seating area width and inside armrest width are nowhere to be found in the description.
I can't speak to the advertised weight capacity, because I'm just over half the advertised 400 lb. weight limit.
As for the materials, I will say that the leather and stitching seem high quality for the price, and it does indeed provide comfortable seating. The metal base seems strong, while the casters, like the armrest supports, are plastic. When standing up, I can feel the armrests flex downward.
Of course, I've only had it for a couple of weeks at the time of this writing. If it turns out to be lower or higher quality than I perceive currently, I'll update this review.
Until then, I can only say that if you need more than the seating widths I detailed above, look for another chair. If you don't consider yourself "Big and Tall," this may be a nice option for the price.
easy to put together - I was able to put it together! Very comfortable and appears to be very sturdy. Classy looking and a great addition to our home office.
The chair was overall comfortable, arm pad wore out fairly quickly. I'm 5'9" and about 290lbs, so not near the max weight. After a year of regular use, the arm broke in such a way that the back is no longer supported. I specifically look for chairs that are rated higher so I don't have to replace my office chair every year... well after 1 year I'm going to have to replace it. So guys, if you are looking for a chair that will tolerate your weight for awhile. this is not the one.
Nice Chair but pain to put together. Back the holes are hard to get the screws in. I have put together many office chairs. This was the hardest ever.
So comfortable, live full time in our Motor Home, I needed a versatile dinning/sitting chair (due to space), I love the chair, not so much the foot rest.
I just received this chair in the mail. First impression is that the chair has a nice appearance and the seat is a nice medium firm.
Where I am noticing an immediate lacking, is that the chairs lean back is not centered properly and wants to only sit forward also that it only tils about 30-40 degrees. The width is good but the back is shorter than I was expecting and only come to my shoulders (Im only 5'8").
I was Sooooooo glad to get this chair. It was easy to set up/put together. Looks really good. Does tilt well, seat size is as noted, supports you back, BUT if you are expecting it to be Soft - Forget it. I don't know what they mean by Comfortable Seat Cushion - Comfortable even if sitting for a long time." Maybe it will get softer over time, but when your behind hits it the first time you will think you just sat on the FSC Certified Wood only. I have been using it for 2 days and it seems to be getting softer. The size and other aspects are fine, tilt, flip up arm rests, material, ect but Man-O-Man be warned this sucker is hard straight out of the box...
Just finished assembling the chair. Directions were clear, and the assembly video with the product here on Amazon helps too. The organization of the bolts in the blisterpack is a great feature. I cut through the cardboard on the back of the pack, and went through them one section at a time, so there were no bolts scattered about. The hexagon tool (an Allen wrench with the a plastic t-handle), works great, and I didn't strip anything. I'm a geezer and I read through the instructions first, and took my time, prioritizing comfort and ergonomics over speed. The whole process took me about an hour. Overall, I'd rate the assembly process easy, if you pay attention. The package is heavy, and you'll be glad if you can get some wheels under it before moving. The black color looks...well, black, which is nice. At first glance, I feel good about the value for the money. I do audiobook narration, and video production, so having a comfortable chair that doesn't make noise is terrific. I'm about 6'2" tall, and the height adjustment works well for my desk (which is the next item that needs replacement.) I'm also just above 200 lbs, and the chair feels supportive and substantial under me. By the way, I received the chair 5 days before the promised delivery. Delighted.
