If you're not happy with your purchase, we'll accept returns on most items within 30 days. Please note that some items are final sale and cannot be returned. This includes custom or special request items, assembled or partially assembled furniture, mattresses, opened bedding materials, and items without original packaging. In the event of a exchange request from your customer, contact our Customer Support team via email at customerservice@platinum-level.com and include the evidence if required.
After we have approved the exchange, the product must be returned to one of our warehouse that we will provide you with the address. You must return the product and provide a tracking number. Once the tracking number has been provided (or once we have received the returned product), a replacement product will be shipped or a refund minus the shipping cost will be credited back to the card or original method of payment on file. In order for us to ship a replacement product, we require a tracking number for the item that's being returned.

We're committed to providing our customers with high-quality products. In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may need photographs of the damage or defect in order to process your request. Once we have reviewed your request, we will let you know what to do with the damaged item. In some cases, our carrier may need to collect the item for inspection. Thank you for your understanding as we work to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
Please note that if one or more items you've purchased require freight shipping, delivery may take slightly longer. This is because freight carriers handle packages that are too large, heavy, or fragile to ship with small package carriers like FedEx. Most freight carriers deliver during business hours Monday through Friday. However, please be aware that customers living in remote areas may have restricted delivery dates or hours.
In most cases, someone will need to be present to accept and sign for the shipment at delivery.
If signature is required, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment once your order arrives at the freight depot in your area. If signature is not required, the item will be delivered to the first dry area or front door of the residence or business when it is safe to do so. This type of delivery does not include a delivery appointment, similar to ground shipping.
If you receive your order and notice any damages or shortages, please let us know right away and we'll be happy to help. If the shipment is severely damaged, we recommend refusing delivery and notifying us as soon as possible. Photographs of the damage will help us resolve the issue more quickly. Please note that it is important for the person who placed the order to inspect the product upon delivery and sign the delivery document.
If you received your item and it doesn't match the exact color of what was ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may be able to provide replacements at no charge.
Please note that there are some rare cases where shade variance may occur between the product image and the actual item. This can happen due to a number of factors, including but not limited to:
• Computer monitors settings (e.g., luminance, brightness, contrast, and various other personal settings)
• The product photographs are taken under bright lights in order to be as detailed as possible, so there may be some shade variance when the items are placed in a room with dimmer lighting. Thanks for your understanding.
If you need to return an item because it's the wrong product, please include photos of both the product and its packaging (to show the product description / SKU). These pictures will help us immensely as we work with the manufacturer to resolve your request quickly. If you haven't unpacked the item yet, and the labeling on the outside of the box clearly shows that it's the wrong item / color option, you can just send a photo of the shipping carton; you don't need to unpack the product in these cases. First, please forgive the mess in the photo, we’re putting together a desk and it’s all in pieces. There are many things I love about this chair. The color is gorgeous. The arms are sturdy for when I push myself up and they are adjustable which is one of the reasons I bought this particular chair. I didn’t think I’d use the footrest but thought it was a nice bonus, however, I use it ALL THE TIME! It’s my favorite part of the chair. I shift positions so much in a workday, I can sit cross-legged because the seat is nice and roomy, I can sit regular, and I can sit with my feet propped up on the footrest in different positions. The back is nice and cushy and I love the pillow for added support when I want it. The one thing I don’t like about this chair is that the seat is too firm. After about 4 hours of sitting my tailbone hurts for the rest of the day. I read the reviews that said the seat was too firm and I ignored them because I usually like a firm seat. But the fact that it causes pain is upsetting. I may have to get a seat cushion to help, which stinks since I spent so much on this chair. I wouldn’t buy it again for that reason, but now that I have it, I’m stuck with it.
Color was exactly what I wanted and so comfy I can sleep in it!

If I could give this chair 10 STARS I would, I AM! It’s the best of the best. This chair is heavy and VERY WELL MADE! The back support is amazing. It’s wide and soft the top pillow if just enough, not like the others leaving your chin in your neck. The arms slide up and down for arm adjustment. The bottom peddle releases the chair for your chosen tilt. Did I say how SOFT AND COMFORTABLE this chair is. My kids game a lot so I was looking for a chair that provides may needs. THIS ONE IS 100% THE BEST. ITS almost 23in across and 21in butt to knee, it also has an adjustable foot rest. An adjustable back pillow. And is SOOO SOFT. IF you’re looking for an office chair, a GAMING chair. THIS ONE IS FOR YOU!!!
Assembly took long only because the instructions were hard to understand. My chair doesnt recline. Not enough back support, i still find myself hunching over in this chair. Seat is really hard. However really good looking chair and love the footrest. i feel like it makes sense for the price, not really a steal but not planning on return either, just okay.
My Dowinx Big and Tall Office Chair looks expensive and is great. The padding is sufficient, I would have liked a bit more in the seat cushion but that's just me I suppose. The leg support works but it doesn't do what I need it to do. I need it to hold my legs out straight to help keep my legs from swelling. The reason is the support cushion is lower than the seat cushion.
This was pretty easy to put together until the last step. The bolts/Screws for the last piece are too small and I have been going back and forth with the company for over 2 weeks to get replacement screws.
Aesthetically pleasing but the seat cushion is quite firm. Not great for 8+ hours a day of working.
Overall it's OK--not particularly comfortable in the seat. Hard to sit on. Had a stain on the left arm right out of the box. I'd say overpriced.
Just got the chair and so far i really like it. When you set up the chair, you can move the arms to the outmost position or in a little more as needed. The foot rest seemed comfortable while i was sitting criss-cross with it. My only complaint and the reason for the 4 stars right now is that the adjustment bars for the backrest and the hydraulic for height are really short. So you have to really bend over to reach them under the chair. For someone tall, this might not be an issue due to longer arms but my 5'3" wingspan had to really reach for them.
The screw holes for the footrest were not drilled into the proper location on the seat bottom. They are set too wide for the footrest rails. I had to only screw in one screw on one of the foot rail guides so that it could slide in and out, causing the footrest to be crooked. It still takes some strength to pull the footrest in and out. Really bummed about it because I like the chair otherwise.
Really like this chair---but I can't find arm rest covers for the shaped arm rest where 1 side of the arm rest is about 7 in long. Help
Would give 4.5 stars if I could, it's a great chair. It's a little firmer in the seat and back than I expected, but still very comfortable. I like the recliner-like armrests and the fact that they adjust up or down. Plenty of back/lumbar support even without the pillow. I still haven't quite gotten the chair tilt lock down, but other than that and the firmness, I really like this chair. Hopefully because it has springs in the seat it will hold up over time as the main issue I've had with chairs is the cushion going flat. I've had some mid-range priced chairs and some cheaper chairs, but so far this is the best one. Great chair, especially for the price.
BUY THE CHAIR! I abso-freakin-lutely LOVE my chair! The footrest is a little short- so if you are tall that might be a problem- but I flip it out and then shorten it all the way and it’s perfect for sitting Indian style while I work. It is so comfortable! I replaced the casters with skate wheel type for better movement and I almost can’t stop it 😂🤣… but that was my mod- so I can’t blame the chair.
comfortable, but the foot rest is annoying to slow back in- not a smooth slide have to jiggle it to get it back in place.
I purchased an almost identical chair same brand from TTshop which unfortunately had minor damage so I returned it, that chair-model was nicer

Comfy + Aesthetic Office Chair
Was a bit on edge about buying something not shipped by Amazon, would it show up, would it take 2 weeks. ANSWER is it showed up in 3 days via FEDEX, quality feels great, super comfy to recline and sit in. Honestly I'm glad I bought this one instead of a gaming chair
I have the Black / Fabric and its incredible, truly. I use my PC for hours at a time and its never hurt my back or anything. Recommend it 100%.

I like this chair. I was really indecisive for awhile trying to choose which chair I wanted but I went with this one because it looked fluffy enough and I liked the color. It was easy to put together, though I was putting it together by myself so I did have to use the box it came in as support for certain parts.
It’s soft and comfortable and it doesn’t squeak when I recline. Though it’s not as fluffy as I thought it would be, the slight firmness actually seems better than I thought for my back. And I can always buy a cute seat cushion if I decide I need more fluffiness.
It’s also pretty roomy. I can kinda sit cross legged on it if I want to, which is nice. I only just got it today so I haven’t had a lot of time to test it out but so far I’m very happy with it.
Very comfortable. Sturdy. Wider than other chairs. I like all the tilt features as not all chairs have them. Rolls on carpet with ease.
So comfortable and the wheels roll super smooth and came 4 days earlier than expected
