Typically it takes 1-2 business days to process your order, ship, and 2-5 days to deliver your order. We use UPS, FEDEX, USPS, and other LTL freight shipping companies. Depending on the designation as well as a number of other factors such as: holiday season, weather conditions, natural disasters, and others it could possibly take longer for you to receive your order. We do provide international shipping. Please contact us and provide us with your complete information to get shipping rates, designations, and delivery times, and etc. prior to placing your order. Custom duties, tares, and other international import charges are the responsibility of the consumer outside of the United States.

If you're not happy with your purchase, we'll accept returns on most items within 30 days. Please note that some items are final sale and cannot be returned. This includes custom or special request items, assembled or partially assembled furniture, mattresses, opened bedding materials, and items without original packaging. Additionally, a restocking fee will be applied to most returned items and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Thanks for shopping with us!

In the event of a exchange request from your customer, contact our Customer Support team via email at customerservice@platinum-level.com and include the evidence if required.
After we have approved the exchange, the product must be returned to one of our warehouse that we will provide you with the address. You must return the product and provide a tracking number. Once the tracking number has been provided (or once we have received the returned product), a replacement product will be shipped or a refund minus the shipping cost will be credited back to the card or original method of payment on file. In order for us to ship a replacement product, we require a tracking number for the item that's being returned.

We're committed to providing our customers with high-quality products. In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may need photographs of the damage or defect in order to process your request. Once we have reviewed your request, we will let you know what to do with the damaged item. In some cases, our carrier may need to collect the item for inspection. Thank you for your understanding as we work to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
Please note that if one or more items you've purchased require freight shipping, delivery may take slightly longer. This is because freight carriers handle packages that are too large, heavy, or fragile to ship with small package carriers like FedEx. Most freight carriers deliver during business hours Monday through Friday. However, please be aware that customers living in remote areas may have restricted delivery dates or hours.
In most cases, someone will need to be present to accept and sign for the shipment at delivery.
If signature is required, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment once your order arrives at the freight depot in your area. If signature is not required, the item will be delivered to the first dry area or front door of the residence or business when it is safe to do so. This type of delivery does not include a delivery appointment, similar to ground shipping.
If you receive your order and notice any damages or shortages, please let us know right away and we'll be happy to help. If the shipment is severely damaged, we recommend refusing delivery and notifying us as soon as possible. Photographs of the damage will help us resolve the issue more quickly. Please note that it is important for the person who placed the order to inspect the product upon delivery and sign the delivery document.
If you received your item and it doesn't match the exact color of what was ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may be able to provide replacements at no charge.
Please note that there are some rare cases where shade variance may occur between the product image and the actual item. This can happen due to a number of factors, including but not limited to:
• Computer monitors settings (e.g., luminance, brightness, contrast, and various other personal settings)
• The product photographs are taken under bright lights in order to be as detailed as possible, so there may be some shade variance when the items are placed in a room with dimmer lighting. Thanks for your understanding.
If you need to return an item because it's the wrong product, please include photos of both the product and its packaging (to show the product description / SKU). These pictures will help us immensely as we work with the manufacturer to resolve your request quickly. If you haven't unpacked the item yet, and the labeling on the outside of the box clearly shows that it's the wrong item / color option, you can just send a photo of the shipping carton; you don't need to unpack the product in these cases. We will let you know what to do with the incorrect item(s) after your request has been processed. In some cases, the manufacturer may need to collect the item(s). We're sorry for any inconvenience caused by the repackaging process, which is necessary to ensure the retrieval is successful.

Please include photos of the product and packaging (to show the product description / SKU). These photos will help us when we contact the manufacturer to resolve the issue. If you have not unpacked the item, and the labeling on the outside clearly shows it is the incorrect item, you can simply send a photograph of the carton. You do not need to unpack the product in these cases.

Using for hotel Frontdesk. Super easy to assemble , you get all the tools . Open the box, follow the instructions and start assembling. It’s 10 times better than hotel franchise chairs. It’s takes about 10 to 15 minutes to assemble. Best part is you can adjust height . You can use as office chair , drafting chair or bar chair. Very strong and sturdy

So perfect my coworkers are all jelly #win. I'm 5ft2 and before this chair I was sitting on a small stool I finally feel tall lol this chair is awesome easy to put together as well
I haven't had it for a year yet and one leg on the base snapped off when I sat down and another leg cracked. Warranty information is hard to find, also.
UPDATE: Nov 29, 202:Well, at full depression, it did not fit in the kitchen desk well and the rollers kept banging in the cabinetry leaving scuffs. I moved into into the computer gaming/exercise room and let my older son use it. It seems to work fine for him although it still tilts to the left as mentioned in the original review. As mentioned, this is a very average office chair but definitely not a draft table height chair.____________________________________________________The adage about getting what you pay for could not be more correct with this drafting chair. Let me breakdown the pros and cons of this plastic and foam product.Pros:1. Cost. It was very low cost. I paid $73 including tax.2. Assembly: Instructions were IKEA level - pictures and arrows with very few words or complete sentences.3. Organization: I have to say, I was pleased with the labeling and parts box (see photos). Instead of a bag with a mix of bolts and what not with the instructions saying to look for such and such a bolt (x4), they included the assembly bolts and allen wrench in a box with labels.4. Ergonomics: Adjustable footrest.Cons:1. Cost: It was built with a target cost in mind, which is logical and I understand. Just go into this with your eyes wide open - don't expect anything above WalMart or Target-grade materials.2. Ergonomics: It doesn't quite sit high enough for my drafting table - it's short by about three inches so you feel a bit like the young child at the restaurant with the table that comes up to your shoulders.3. Adjustments: The footrest uses a plastic collar with a screw for tension so I'm not sure how long it'll last. Additionally, the seat back is fixed and reclined to about 30 degrees which is too much for an office/drafting chair. It's probably better suited to a gaming setup. At full extension (seat all the way up), it tilts to the left by about 10 degrees.4. Setup: If you look closely at the photos, you'll note that the bolts are held in by metal sleeves which will back out if you over-tighten the bolts. Turn the bolts only until they stop and do not force them. In construction like this, it'll be better to re-check and re-tighten vs deal with a stripped sleeve that's been backed out of the plastic.5. Quality: As you can see, the five-spoke base is plastic. We'll see how long it lasts.So, there's my initial impressions an hour after setup. I may depress the seat all the way down and use it for the computer in the kitchen vs my drafting table. I'll update the review after a few months of use.
I do not like that I have to at least give this chair a one star in order to leave a review. I would not suggest anyone purchase this chair. I purchased this chair for my classroom, I am a teacher, (August 25th) because I was having leg surgery (October 10th of 2026) and it would benefit to have an extra chair on the other side of the room. I came back from surgery (October) and the bolt slipped through the foot rest and bent it. So last week (one of these days January 20th or 21st) part of one of the wheels came apart. This chair was a waste of $62 and I can't trust the chair, so it will need to be put in the trash.

I ordered a chair for the front desk, but it arrived in poor condition. The chair was clearly used, had broken parts, and was missing screws and other components required for assembly. For more details, please refer to the attached pictures. We're extremely disappointed with the product's quality and condition. I do not recommend this seller and will not purchase from them again.
Seat padding shifted a month after purchase, so the chair is no longer comfortable. We are outside of the return window.

It's been about 11 months since I purchased this chair and after giving it a fair amount of time, I felt it was appropriate to write a review. The chair was easy to put together and I have not had any structural issues with the chair. The wheels roll easily and I have not experienced any squeaking overall. That said, the chair has been used 40-50 hours/week and over time, the cushion where you sit has gotten flatter and flatter to the point I now feel like I'm sitting on a piece of plywood. Unfortunately, I'm looking into a replacement because it's gotten to the point where I'm too uncomfortable and have to sit on a pillow to soften the cushion.
I have chronic back pain but work from home and this chair has been a life saver for support. Assembly was simple. Recommended 100%

I bought this for my daughter whose a teacher and she loves it. It was the perfect height for the bar height table she uses for her desk

This chair is very comfortable and provides great back support. My back felf great after sitting in it all day. My one complaint is putting it together. Mind you, I am a female and am not mechanically inclined, but it still took me over an hour to put this together. I still have a piece left over that was not on the instructions!
