Typically it takes 1-2 business days to process your order, ship, and 2-5 days to deliver your order. We use UPS, FEDEX, USPS, and other LTL freight shipping companies. Depending on the designation as well as a number of other factors such as: holiday season, weather conditions, natural disasters, and others it could possibly take longer for you to receive your order. If you're not happy with your purchase, we'll accept returns on most items within 30 days. Please note that some items are final sale and cannot be returned. This includes custom or special request items, assembled or partially assembled furniture, mattresses, opened bedding materials, and items without original packaging. Additionally, a restocking fee will be applied to most returned items and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Thanks for shopping with us!

In the event of a exchange request from your customer, contact our Customer Support team via email at customerservice@platinum-level.com and include the evidence if required.
After we have approved the exchange, the product must be returned to one of our warehouse that we will provide you with the address. You must return the product and provide a tracking number. Once the tracking number has been provided (or once we have received the returned product), a replacement product will be shipped or a refund minus the shipping cost will be credited back to the card or original method of payment on file. In order for us to ship a replacement product, we require a tracking number for the item that's being returned.

We're committed to providing our customers with high-quality products. In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may need photographs of the damage or defect in order to process your request. Once we have reviewed your request, we will let you know what to do with the damaged item. In some cases, our carrier may need to collect the item for inspection. Thank you for your understanding as we work to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
Please note that if one or more items you've purchased require freight shipping, delivery may take slightly longer. This is because freight carriers handle packages that are too large, heavy, or fragile to ship with small package carriers like FedEx. Most freight carriers deliver during business hours Monday through Friday. However, please be aware that customers living in remote areas may have restricted delivery dates or hours.
In most cases, someone will need to be present to accept and sign for the shipment at delivery.
If signature is required, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment once your order arrives at the freight depot in your area. If signature is not required, the item will be delivered to the first dry area or front door of the residence or business when it is safe to do so. This type of delivery does not include a delivery appointment, similar to ground shipping.
If you receive your order and notice any damages or shortages, please let us know right away and we'll be happy to help. If the shipment is severely damaged, we recommend refusing delivery and notifying us as soon as possible. Photographs of the damage will help us resolve the issue more quickly. Please note that it is important for the person who placed the order to inspect the product upon delivery and sign the delivery document.
If you received your item and it doesn't match the exact color of what was ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may be able to provide replacements at no charge.
Please note that there are some rare cases where shade variance may occur between the product image and the actual item. This can happen due to a number of factors, including but not limited to:
• Computer monitors settings (e.g., luminance, brightness, contrast, and various other personal settings)
• The product photographs are taken under bright lights in order to be as detailed as possible, so there may be some shade variance when the items are placed in a room with dimmer lighting. Thanks for your understanding.
If you need to return an item because it's the wrong product, please include photos of both the product and its packaging (to show the product description / SKU). These pictures will help us immensely as we work with the manufacturer to resolve your request quickly. If you haven't unpacked the item yet, and the labeling on the outside of the box clearly shows that it's the wrong item / color option, you can just send a photo of the shipping carton; you don't need to unpack the product in these cases. This chair was perfect for what I needed, a chair for my sewing table. Very easy assembly. If you read reviews about it tilting backwards or forwards, there is an arrow stamped in the seat base that points towards what is intended to be at front as you assemble. The material seems to be of good quality. Wheels working well on my LVP floor and not marking it up. I would easily recommend this for a light use chair. If you are looking for a all day work chair, probably need something bigger and more padded.
I would have given a 5 but dent in the material
For me I love it. This chair looks great. Really meant for a short petite person. Gray color looks great.
It looks good but the mounting bracket sits so far back the seat leans forward. You slide out of it. Its so bad you have to make a concious effort to stay in yhe seat. Chinese junk!
Perfect chair!
Better than I expected. I was wary due to the reviews but I absolutely love this chair. It’s comfortable, not too big, and I like the way it looks. It fits at my vanity desk perfectly. The desk came with a little stool but I prefer rolling chairs. It fits perfectly.
For all those reviews that say the chair is bad because it slants forward is because you have it on backwards. The arrow of the base has an arrow that points outward which means it should be placed towards the front of the chair. Once you do this the chair sits horizontal to the floor.
This chair is great! The color is pretty and it’s sturdy. I’m taking a virtual class and it requires me to sit for hours each day, the chair has been really comfortable. It’s easy to adjust and assemble was very easy.
Fits in the desk leg opening
The description says width & depth 20” but it’s closer to 23” so it doesn’t quite fit my desk. Love the look of this chair & so far ok for comfort.
There is an assembly drawing but no written instructions. I'm an idiot when it comes to anything that involves assembly but this was a piece of cake--until I sat in the chair and it tilted forward (first photo). I took the seat off and saw that the base that the chair sits on is slanted--by design? Check the base if you buy it, mine may have been defective? (2nd photo) I turned the seat around so that the higher part of the base was at the front of the seat and the raising mechanism was on the right (not on the left as another reviewer preferred) and problem solved, seat is level! (3rd photo) I don't know what good 2 of the 3 ring thingies are that flop around on the base of the chair, so I must have done something wrong when inserting these (4th photo) but I'm not taking the chair apart again--it's good enough! This chair is great for me, I'm 5'3" and don't like big office chairs. This one has an attractively designed seat, wheels around easily, and I think it will be comfortable. It fits under my small folding desk, also just purchased on Amazon.
I love everything about this chair! It's cute, comfortable and the price is the cherry on top. It's so light and rolls easily on my carpets that I don't need to put those ugly plastic things on the floor. The chair adjusts smoothly. I love the white stitching against the gray color because it adds a little interest and works so well with my white furniture. I recommend starting from the bottom up when assembling this chair. Flip the leg upside down and snap all the wheels in place, no tools necessary for that. Then flip it over and follow the pictures on the instruction sheet. When assembling the seat portion prep all the screws by attaching the washers to each of the screws provided because your other hand will be occupied with stabilizing the lever portion. Flip the seat part upside down so you can see the bottom of the seat. Line the holes on the seat with the holes of the lever section. Attach the screws in each hole, but don't screw them all the way in yet. Once they are all in then go and screw them each in as evenly as possible until it's all tightened. On the lever section I had the small arrow facing towards the bottom edge of the seat vs. the backrest section. I couldn't be happier with this purchase! It's so beautiful for the price! I hate the look of bulky office chairs so this was perfect.
Chair came defected and now I have to do the work to return it! Smh lol unfortunate.

The only downfall is the safety of this chair. You absolutely can not sit on the edge of the chair or it'll come right from under you.

We were looking for a comfortable chair that had a Pottery Barn look to it that didn't cost a fortune and this chair fit the bill. The chair was easy to put together and pretty comfortable. Definitely recommend.

We absolutely love these chairs! They look very high end in person because of the faux leather and stitching. We spent about $50 each on the two gray ones we bought, but anyone might think we spent more than twice that because they look expensive. So, if you are in need of a high end stylish office chair on a budget, this chair may be right for you. We needed 2 chairs that weren't bulky and wouldn't take up a lot of space but would still be comfortable for our double desk in our small home office. They are comfortable to sit in, but if you are looking for a chair that is still comfortable after long hours of use for days, this chair might not be the right one for you. They are comfortable to sit in for our light part-time use for work from home, and they are stylish and look pretty from our main living/dining area located off the office. My husband is a bigger guy who needed a chair with a 300lb weight limit. He feels just as comfortable sitting in these chairs as I do, and I'm smaller and more petite. The chairs adjust up and down by pushing up or down on the lever beneath the seat to suit your height. These chairs roll smoothly on our laminate wood floors. The seats swivel back and forth and turn around 360 degrees. I'm so glad we took a chance on these chairs, despite mixed reviews. They meet expectations and we are still happy with them after more than 30 days. They were very easy to assemble in less than about 10 minutes each.
