This Big and Tall Office Chair delivers a true 500 lb weight capacity with a wide spring seat and 360° swivel, giving heavy users a stable, supportive platform for long work sessions at a desk.
Typically it takes 1-2 business days to process your order, ship, and 2-5 days to deliver your order. We use UPS, FEDEX, USPS, and other LTL freight shipping companies. Depending on the designation as well as a number of other factors such as: holiday season, weather conditions, natural disasters, and others it could possibly take longer for you to receive your order. We do provide international shipping. Please contact us and provide us with your complete information to get shipping rates, designations, and delivery times, and etc. prior to placing your order. Custom duties, tares, and other international import charges are the responsibility of the consumer outside of the United States.

If you're not happy with your purchase, we'll accept returns on most items within 30 days. Please note that some items are final sale and cannot be returned. This includes custom or special request items, assembled or partially assembled furniture, mattresses, opened bedding materials, and items without original packaging. Additionally, a restocking fee will be applied to most returned items and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Thanks for shopping with us!

In the event of a exchange request from your customer, contact our Customer Support team via email at customerservice@platinum-level.com and include the evidence if required.
After we have approved the exchange, the product must be returned to one of our warehouse that we will provide you with the address. You must return the product and provide a tracking number. Once the tracking number has been provided (or once we have received the returned product), a replacement product will be shipped or a refund minus the shipping cost will be credited back to the card or original method of payment on file. In order for us to ship a replacement product, we require a tracking number for the item that's being returned.

We're committed to providing our customers with high-quality products. In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may need photographs of the damage or defect in order to process your request. Once we have reviewed your request, we will let you know what to do with the damaged item. In some cases, our carrier may need to collect the item for inspection. Thank you for your understanding as we work to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
Please note that if one or more items you've purchased require freight shipping, delivery may take slightly longer. This is because freight carriers handle packages that are too large, heavy, or fragile to ship with small package carriers like FedEx. Most freight carriers deliver during business hours Monday through Friday. However, please be aware that customers living in remote areas may have restricted delivery dates or hours.
In most cases, someone will need to be present to accept and sign for the shipment at delivery.
If signature is required, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment once your order arrives at the freight depot in your area. If signature is not required, the item will be delivered to the first dry area or front door of the residence or business when it is safe to do so. This type of delivery does not include a delivery appointment, similar to ground shipping.
If you receive your order and notice any damages or shortages, please let us know right away and we'll be happy to help. If the shipment is severely damaged, we recommend refusing delivery and notifying us as soon as possible. Photographs of the damage will help us resolve the issue more quickly. Please note that it is important for the person who placed the order to inspect the product upon delivery and sign the delivery document.
If you received your item and it doesn't match the exact color of what was ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may be able to provide replacements at no charge.
Please note that there are some rare cases where shade variance may occur between the product image and the actual item. This can happen due to a number of factors, including but not limited to:
• Computer monitors settings (e.g., luminance, brightness, contrast, and various other personal settings)
• The product photographs are taken under bright lights in order to be as detailed as possible, so there may be some shade variance when the items are placed in a room with dimmer lighting. Thanks for your understanding.
If you need to return an item because it's the wrong product, please include photos of both the product and its packaging (to show the product description / SKU). These pictures will help us immensely as we work with the manufacturer to resolve your request quickly. If you haven't unpacked the item yet, and the labeling on the outside of the box clearly shows that it's the wrong item / color option, you can just send a photo of the shipping carton; you don't need to unpack the product in these cases. This chair is amazing! I sit at work for 12 hour shifts at a computer with a damaged lower back. This chair is comfy and the height adjustment is perfect. My legs are hanging. The lumbar adjustment is also wonderful and supports my lower back perfectly!! I am 5’3”, my husband is 6’6” and we are bigger adults. He can adjust it for him and also says it is super comfy and he wants one too! The wheels are amazing and it rolls so easy! I can’t wait to get it in my office!

This chair is incredibly comfortable, and you can tell the materials are high quality. The design provides excellent support, making it ideal for working long hours without fatigue. Tall, but not as wide. A 1/4” wider on both sides and it would be a great chair. The weight is very heavy but sturdy. The cushion is very good.When rocking, so far, no creaking. Very quiet. Very nice.The rubber wheels makes rolling on a glass mat extremely easy and quiet. Stability is good. The brown leather look is good. It easily supports my 260lbs weight.I’m older, so you should use two people to assemble. But lay it on the side, screw in the arm rests, and then mount on one side. Then screw in the other side.If you’re not that “wide,” I recommend this chair.UPDATE: After sitting in the chair for a few days, the more it’s so comfortable.
The chair is comfortable to sit in for extended periods of time. The quality of the chair is great for the price. Very happy with my purchase. The wheels are quiet and the lumbar support is amazing. 10/10!

This is great for that long legged person! The last thing you want is to have your knees above your waist when you are a tall guy. This chair even on the lowest setting is still plenty tall. It was easy to put together and included all the tools needed. The material seems durable and long lasting.
The color of the leather looks dencent, the touch feels soft, the cushion is pretty big to big size ppl like me. I tried multiple different types od chairs before, gaming chair and office chair. This chair is definitely the one I feel most comfortable when I sit on it.
Easy to assemble. Love the wheels it's comes with, they don't scratch up the floor and they rolls easy. Lumbar support works fine. I've only had it a day so I can't say how long the seat cushion plushness lasts, but it's better then the normal office seat that's for sure.
6 ft 2 250 lbs good office chair. very comfortable chair. Had issue with shipping. In honest review if you sit for hours it is the first chair that is actually comfortable. Had a secrect lab chair for the tall amazing too but after 1 2 hours of sitting to game or work. You just get up to avoid back pain etc. This chair is perfect for some one who sits a a lot. if you wanted to sit all day in a chair look no further. the most comfortable chair i have sat on. it is like a lazy boy chair just better built.

This chair is extremely sturdy. It seems to me, though, that the arms are far too short. The casters are so mobile that it can be somewhat dangerous to sit down. The slightest touch sends the chair scooting away at high speed, and it's difficult to hold on to the arms to prevent it. A fall waiting to happen, particularly dangerous for an older customer. The chair is good-looking, reasonably priced, and easy to assemble.

Love this chair it is large but I move it back and forth between to rooms I enjoy it so much.
From the few hours i used it, it seems like a good quality chair, but the angle of the chair back to the seat is too upright for my needs. I have a sensitive back and stomach and need a chair with a more relaxed back so I can lean back more.So I attempted to return the chair, which they accepted, but they make you pay for shipping. The shipping cost is $270 at the cheapest, which makes returning it completely pointless. I am extremely upset that I have to keep a chair I cannot use, that is still brand new with only a few hours of use, and take a $270 loss.So do not buy this chair unless you are ready to keep it no matter what.

I'm a big man and needed a big chair, this chair fits the bill perfectly! It's generous in support and very comfortable. It's very wide, wide enough to seat larger individuals than myself. It was easy to assemble in a short amount of time and looks great. A really good choice.
I am 6'2 and almost 300 lb and can lean fully in this chair back the armrests are a little low but there you can definitely get used to them, best chair for tall big people
This has to be the most comfortable office chair I've ever owned! It wasn't to difficult to assemble!It was so good I purchased another one for my son.

im a bigger dude and finding a desk chair that doesnt feel like its gonna snap in half is so hard. this one is super wide and tall so i actually fit in it comfortably without my legs falling asleep. the seat has really thick cushion that doesnt go flat even after working from home all day.i use to get terrible back pain but the back support on this is amazing and u can even lean back to take a break when your tired. the wheels are also really nice, they roll super smooth and dont leave scratches on my hardwood floors like my old plastic ones did. puting it together only took me a few minutes to. honestly best chair ive bought in years, definitely worth the money if your sitting all day!

Super soft (even though it's leather) and very cushiony. It was really easy to put together too. The wheels are big so they don't get caught on things, and it rolls sooo smoothly. It has adjustable lumbar support too which is great because most chairs don't offer that.

Cheap product made to not look cheap, cheap materials poorly made. only plus is the wheels are decent. also not that it matters to much as no 800lb person is gonna fit in this chair the advertising is false and again trying to make the chair seem not so cheap they say 800lbs in the headline but it says 500lbs in the fine print. this chair should not be over 125 to 150$ MAX! chair functions like a 50$ walmart special the mechanical of the chair is quite limited and cheesy. overall CHEAP packaged as Quaility
