Typically it takes 1-2 business days to process your order, ship, and 2-5 days to deliver your order. We use UPS, FEDEX, USPS, and other LTL freight shipping companies. If you're not happy with your purchase, we'll accept returns on most items within 30 days. Please note that some items are final sale and cannot be returned. This includes custom or special request items, assembled or partially assembled furniture, mattresses, opened bedding materials, and items without original packaging. Additionally, a restocking fee will be applied to most returned items and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Thanks for shopping with us!

In the event of a exchange request from your customer, contact our Customer Support team via email at customerservice@platinum-level.com and include the evidence if required.
After we have approved the exchange, the product must be returned to one of our warehouse that we will provide you with the address. You must return the product and provide a tracking number. Once the tracking number has been provided (or once we have received the returned product), a replacement product will be shipped or a refund minus the shipping cost will be credited back to the card or original method of payment on file. In order for us to ship a replacement product, we require a tracking number for the item that's being returned.

We're committed to providing our customers with high-quality products. In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may need photographs of the damage or defect in order to process your request. Once we have reviewed your request, we will let you know what to do with the damaged item. In some cases, our carrier may need to collect the item for inspection. Thank you for your understanding as we work to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
Please note that if one or more items you've purchased require freight shipping, delivery may take slightly longer. This is because freight carriers handle packages that are too large, heavy, or fragile to ship with small package carriers like FedEx. Most freight carriers deliver during business hours Monday through Friday. However, please be aware that customers living in remote areas may have restricted delivery dates or hours.
In most cases, someone will need to be present to accept and sign for the shipment at delivery.
If signature is required, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment once your order arrives at the freight depot in your area. If signature is not required, the item will be delivered to the first dry area or front door of the residence or business when it is safe to do so. This type of delivery does not include a delivery appointment, similar to ground shipping.
If you receive your order and notice any damages or shortages, please let us know right away and we'll be happy to help. If the shipment is severely damaged, we recommend refusing delivery and notifying us as soon as possible. Photographs of the damage will help us resolve the issue more quickly. Please note that it is important for the person who placed the order to inspect the product upon delivery and sign the delivery document.
If you received your item and it doesn't match the exact color of what was ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may be able to provide replacements at no charge.
Please note that there are some rare cases where shade variance may occur between the product image and the actual item. This can happen due to a number of factors, including but not limited to:
• Computer monitors settings (e.g., luminance, brightness, contrast, and various other personal settings)
• The product photographs are taken under bright lights in order to be as detailed as possible, so there may be some shade variance when the items are placed in a room with dimmer lighting. Thanks for your understanding.
If you need to return an item because it's the wrong product, please include photos of both the product and its packaging (to show the product description / SKU). These pictures will help us immensely as we work with the manufacturer to resolve your request quickly. If you haven't unpacked the item yet, and the labeling on the outside of the box clearly shows that it's the wrong item / color option, you can just send a photo of the shipping carton; you don't need to unpack the product in these cases. Customers praised the comfortable fabric and easy assembly, noting "heavy duty fabric, well made" and good lumbar support. However, durability concerns emerged: hydraulic height adjusters failed after months, wheels performed poorly on hard floors, and cushions developed divots. Some shorter customers found the seat too high or deep.
This is a nice chair for the price. The cushions are nice and firm it is just wide enough for me and I'm 5'10. The casters are a little soft and have some resistance when rolling, not bad in my case becauae I have a chair mat, but some may not like that. Fabric material seems very durable. UPDATE! I had to replace the lift cylinder a few months after I got the chair as it would just drop on it's own. I replaced it and now it's good as new!

The instructions to assembly are good to follow, it’s comfortable, I like the fabric. I put 4 stars because the wheels are not good for wood floors. I will need a carpet to the chair or change the wheels
The chair looks great and is very comfortable. The packaging was excellent so that the product was protected during shipping. All items needed for assembly were included, even an allen wrench.
More colors should be available, wanted black, comfortable for the price.
After about a year of regular office use it has starting to get very wobbly and feels like it's going to break. I'm not sure what is lose as all the screws and connections are tight. I swear nothing lasts the way it used to. You get a year out of most things tops. Rather disappointing since it seems to be a fairly well made chair otherwise.
-1 star because the hydraulic height adjustment post failed after a few months. Rather than disassemble the whole thing and return it (which would've been a massive pain), I cut up a Campbell's soup can and secured it to the post with a pair of pipe clamps to keep it at full height. Not the most elegant solution, but at least my chair doesn't slowly lower me to hobbit height now. The chair itself is fantastic. The fabric is of quality construction and the padding is firm but comfortable.
Enjoying sitting on it
I bought this product with the hope that the upholstery would be more durable than the faux leather upholstery on several of the last computer chairs i have had. Time will tell. This chair is better looking than any of my previous chairs.
I bought 4 of these chairs, they are fairly comfortable and easy enough to assemble, however the the quality of the wheels are not great, they are being used on a flat linoleum floor, and they just don't want to roll all the time, I can feel them flexing and then dragging accross the floor which is going to cause damage over time. Pretty disappointing.
Heavy duty fabric, well made, EASY to assemble, comfortable too!
Seat depth is too long if you are around 5'3, will not be able to sit all the way back. After a short period seat developed a divot that I get pushed into, no way to open base to add more padding or fix. This is not centered either so makes sitting for more then a short period feel like you need to adjust. The exterior material has held up pretty well. 10 months later I am shopping for a new chair.
I use this chair at my computer desk. It was pretty easy to install,and seems durable
Received it on Jan 20, 24. I like how high it sits, and is very comfortable. The problem is I barely had it a week, and the ram for the height of the seat is already not holding. Ram is already not holding. I find the chair slowly going down on its own. Keep a watch out.

Overall I am happy with this chair. I am a little upset that I cannot adjust the arms to fit me better but all in all it seems to be as advertised so I am 99% pleased.
I got this chair for Christmas for my wife. She has a work at home customer service job. I searched for a chair that could rock. Well, can this chair rock? Yes, but so can every other Office chair. I feel so betrayed. It's just a standard office chair. Nothing special. If you are looking for a rocking office chair, keep looking because this isn't that. Not Recommended.
During assembly which was not easy because there are only pictures to look at and no written explanations, I had problems with the threaded inserts in the chair where the screws thread into. The inserts came loose so that I couldn't tighten the screws properly. I hope it holds up, I wouldn't recommend buying this chair to anyone.
This is my third chair this year in my quest to find a comfortable office chair while working from home. Third time was a charm because I am in love with this chair. It gives excellent back support and my back aches have gone away. Only complaint so far is from my co-workers on zoom when I rock in my chair because it makes them seasick! Get this chair, you won’t regret it!
I ordered this chair out of convenience. I needed an office chair and this one would arrive the quickest. I am very satisfied with the chair. It arrived on time, was easily assembled, and is comfortable. If you have wide hips, the chair might be tight between the arm rests for you. The chair offers good lumbar support and overall it is quite comfortable.
It was used as a desk chair . The seat is so high it makes your feet not touch the ground as low as the chair can go down. The cushions or hard and makes it very uncomfortable. If you are tall and like hard surfaces this is for you !
I really want to love this chair. It’s comfy, came in great condition, & the color is a soft grey that’s very elegant. But if your short DO NOT get. I am 5’3 and can’t touch the floor, which after awhile is quite uncomfortable. I had to actually remove the wheels in order to touch the ground. Hopefully the manufacturer can help me out or I will have to return.
Came a day early! Heavy, good quality, nice color fabric and chair tilts back. Super comfy.. I'm 5'0 and i can lay my head back on the top of the chair and my feet can touch the floor. I'm a little nervous about the foam in the armrests, i rest my elbows on them and they take a couple minutes to puff back out. But i think the cushions on the rest of the chair are made from a different material and seem more durable.
Package was in good condition and delivered earlier than anticipated. The chair was in excellent condition, packaged very well and easy to put together following instructions. The material is very nice and comfortable. I wanted to get away from fake leather with all the flaking off of the fake leather and coldness when sitting. This chair has cloth material, soft, warm and very nice cool gray color. There is nice padding on seat and back. It is very comfortable! I am 6'3" 180lbs and the chair fits me perfectly. It's not wide, the arms are very padded and comfortable, and the top of chair back goes up to the middle of the back of my head; nice for resting my neck and head. I give this chair 2 thumbs up. No wobble from side to side, very sturdy and rolls smoothly; fits at my computer nicely. I use my computer chair for working at the computer, watching tv, reading, gaming, etc.... I'm very happy with my purchase and the seller.
Very pleased with this purchase. We bought two chairs and they were easy to assemble and are comfortable. Good back support. You will sit more upright which I like.
