Depending on the designation as well as a number of other factors such as: holiday season, weather conditions, natural disasters, and others it could possibly take longer for you to receive your order. If you're not happy with your purchase, we'll accept returns on most items within 30 days. Please note that some items are final sale and cannot be returned. This includes custom or special request items, assembled or partially assembled furniture, mattresses, opened bedding materials, and items without original packaging. Additionally, a restocking fee will be applied to most returned items and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Thanks for shopping with us!

In the event of a exchange request from your customer, contact our Customer Support team via email at customerservice@platinum-level.com and include the evidence if required.
After we have approved the exchange, the product must be returned to one of our warehouse that we will provide you with the address. You must return the product and provide a tracking number. Once the tracking number has been provided (or once we have received the returned product), a replacement product will be shipped or a refund minus the shipping cost will be credited back to the card or original method of payment on file. In order for us to ship a replacement product, we require a tracking number for the item that's being returned.

We're committed to providing our customers with high-quality products. In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may need photographs of the damage or defect in order to process your request. Once we have reviewed your request, we will let you know what to do with the damaged item. In some cases, our carrier may need to collect the item for inspection. Thank you for your understanding as we work to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
Please note that if one or more items you've purchased require freight shipping, delivery may take slightly longer. This is because freight carriers handle packages that are too large, heavy, or fragile to ship with small package carriers like FedEx. Most freight carriers deliver during business hours Monday through Friday. However, please be aware that customers living in remote areas may have restricted delivery dates or hours.
In most cases, someone will need to be present to accept and sign for the shipment at delivery.
If signature is required, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment once your order arrives at the freight depot in your area. If signature is not required, the item will be delivered to the first dry area or front door of the residence or business when it is safe to do so. This type of delivery does not include a delivery appointment, similar to ground shipping.
If you receive your order and notice any damages or shortages, please let us know right away and we'll be happy to help. If the shipment is severely damaged, we recommend refusing delivery and notifying us as soon as possible. Photographs of the damage will help us resolve the issue more quickly. Please note that it is important for the person who placed the order to inspect the product upon delivery and sign the delivery document.
If you received your item and it doesn't match the exact color of what was ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may be able to provide replacements at no charge.
Please note that there are some rare cases where shade variance may occur between the product image and the actual item. This can happen due to a number of factors, including but not limited to:
• Computer monitors settings (e.g., luminance, brightness, contrast, and various other personal settings)
• The product photographs are taken under bright lights in order to be as detailed as possible, so there may be some shade variance when the items are placed in a room with dimmer lighting. Thanks for your understanding.
If you need to return an item because it's the wrong product, please include photos of both the product and its packaging (to show the product description / SKU). These pictures will help us immensely as we work with the manufacturer to resolve your request quickly. If you haven't unpacked the item yet, and the labeling on the outside of the box clearly shows that it's the wrong item / color option, you can just send a photo of the shipping carton; you don't need to unpack the product in these cases. The color and overall look is great. I like the foot rest as well.But the seat is terrible. It's hard and unconfrontable, I had to buy the cushion as shown in the picture. Its not the best for long periods of sitting.
It’s okay if your TV is mounted on the wall at a slight angle but for office use or desk use it’s not ideal, the angle of the seat is set so you lean back when u sit in it.
Still quite hard to sit in if you have back issues.
This chair is probably one of the most comfortable and affordable chairs I have ever gotten! It's easy to put together and it is just worth the money
It’s comfortable for the first few months, but now I feel like I need to tighten the screws constantly. It also seems like the back support isn’t very durable. The fabric is of good quality, but the overall stability is not.
Super easy to put together and a great price! The fabric used is soft and after a few months has been holding up really well under regular usage.Minus 1 star because you should probably get a cushion for the seat if you plan on spending more than 1-2 hours daily in it.

I wanted to review this higher, but this chair was definitely previously owned or previously returned. Nothing was wrapped in the package. All the screws and instructions etc had been previously opened. The chair is comfortable enough, but I would expect a new item oe details disclosing it was used/returned because it certainly did not seem new. Material is soft. Relatively easy to assemble despite all the packaging and components being separate/not in the original packaging/strewn about in the box.
Had this chair for months now I'm big but not that big. There's not much contouring, everything is very square and flat. The seat is too narrow in the front, too wide in the back, and very flat and firm. The chair itself feels sturdy but the base it's on makes reclining feel like I'm going to fall over. The back is flat and doesn't offer any real lumbar support though it does have pillows in the right spot for my shoulders. It also makes a popping noise from underneath whenever i lean against the back or move while reclining. No amount of tightening bolts fixed this, maybe they need loosening? I don't know but it makes me really nervous. The arms are the perfect height but any additional padding to make it easy on my butt and lower back moves them to a much less comfortable position. Finally the pillow it comes with is so overstuffed it's a ball and isn't suitable for much other than supporting my bad knee but only one because it's not wide enough for both.
I sit at a desk for at least 9 hours day during the work week, sometimes more. It helps to have a comfortable chair that I have the option to put my feet up on the foot rest to keep the blood moving.It's easy to assemble and very sturdy. I gave the pillow to the dog because it put too much of a curve in my back.
I love this chair! Now-- The extended leg rest is sometimes stubborn, but it's relaxing. Might run a bit stiff for some, but it helps my back.
This chair is huge and well made. I had to raise my desk up an inch in order to slide this chair under it.I appreciate that it has brass barrels for the screws. The screws on my previous chair just screwed into wood, which was the point of failure.The seat, however, is not cushioned very well. I added a memory foam cushion for comfort and this chair is big enough to easily accommodate it.
I've had this chair for a couple months now and I like it a lot. It's big, comfortable, has arm rests. But one massive problem, the back. When I like to lean on a chair, I like the back to be stiff, comforting, but doesn't move. On this chair, even at it's tightest option, it goes a bit too back. Not only that, sometimes if I put too much pressure on it, it jolts and goes back a little more, which I HATE. Also the chair (primarily the back) makes a lot of noise. For a chair advertised to support 400 pounds, which I'm not even close to, you'd think it'd support you better.
Sure! Here's another version:"This chair is just what I needed. It's comfortable and provides plenty of room for me to cross my legs (I'm 5'4"). I've even dozed off in it while watching movies on my laptop—it’s that cozy! Assembly was simple, and it fits perfectly in my space. Overall, a great, functional chair."
I usually steer toward products with thousands of positive reviews, but I took a chance on this one that had fewer reviews - and I'm glad I did. It assembled easily. I upgraded the wheels, so can't tell you much about the original casters, but the comfort and fit of the chair is so nice. I love the feel of the upholstery, the seat is nice and wide, and the arms don't stick out too far, which I like because it doesn't hit the edge of my desk. This is going to make those many hours at my home office much more comfortable.
Very comfortable char to sit for hours in. The back is a little wobbly but could be that I did not tighten the nuts enough. I need to have my husband go in and get them a bit tighter that should fix the wobble.
It is comfy, but within 2 weeks it seems to have become bent and offset with the seat. I do not know if this was my fault or just from wear from sitting in it. Was not like it when I assembled it.
It is comfortable and wide. I like the material. It was easy to assemble. However, it is wobbly and I don't have any expectations that this will last beyond a year, but for the price, it's working for now.
It came quick, undamaged, built strong and is heavy. It’s a nice comfortable chair, material is smooth and not “picky/itchy.” I would say it’s definitely for a larger/taller person, as the seat is deep for me at being 5ft 9 inches tall. I did it myself but it’s probably better to have a little help when it comes to fastening the seat and backrest together. When the leg rest is extended and you put your legs on it, it’s a little “springy”, but otherwise a good solid chair for the money, If it weren’t for the leg rest being springy, I would have probably given it a 5 star rating. Good, big chair for the money. I recommend it.
Title says it. I'm on day one of having it, and I have already fallen in love. The fabric looks rough, but it's just patterned. It's nice and soft, the padding is firm but very comfortable. It's not nearly as tall as I expected, but it fits me perfectly at my relatively short 5'6" height. The foot rest is very nice, the reclining feature could nearly put me to sleep, and the chair has great back support without the lumbar pillow. I can sit cross legged like I tend to enjoy because of how wide it is, and the arm rests are just as comfortable as the seat itself. Construction is easy, and all screws are easily accessible for regular tightening. Casters are smooth as butter and quiet, and there are no creaks or moans in the chair as I shift around like my previous ones. It's certainly pricey, but it is absolutely worth it! If I have any changes to make as I get more use out of it, I will be sure to edit. As of now on 11/23/2024, I stand by my original five star review.
This chair is very comfortable, the quality of the cushions seem good. But the chair is wobly when leanng side to side and when you let the foot rest out it leans forward as well.
